My daughters fitbit inspire is connected to my phone. We can view steps ok through the App but it hasn't given us sleep information in nearly a month. Bluetooth is connected. Any ideas?

Hi @CPS1. It's good that the community is growing!
I'm glad that your daughter has an Inspire, and I'm sorry about the sleep logs. There are some conditions that may prevent your device from recording sleep data, so please verify the following:
- You record your sleep using the app, instead of simply wearing your device to bed.
- The battery of her Inspire was almost empty when she went to bed (under 25%).
- She slept less than 3 hours.
- Her wristband is too loose or too tight on the wrist. She should be able to put your index finger between the bracelet and your arm without much resistance.
- Her Inspire isn't in the correct mode when using it on her wrist. For more details see this help article.
That being said, I'd recommend to restart her Inspire. Also make sure her Fitbit device and the Fitbit app are updated to the latest version.
Keep me posted!
