Hi I've had my replacement alta HR since October. Before my sleep insights were recorded now it tells me when I've slept but doesn't give me the insights. I've recently uninstalled the app and synced it but still nothing. I found this information useful and would like it back. Can anyone help?

I'm sorry to hear that you're not receiving your sleep insights. Thanks a lot for what you've tried to get them back. I'd like to help you out with this.
Sleep insights in the Fitbit app provide personalized guidance on how to improve your sleep for better overall health.The more sleep you log, the more insights you’ll receive, but you may not receive a new insight each day.
Now, if you're not seeing them at all since October, you might want to make sure that they're turned on. To make suer they're turned on, do the following:
- From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the sleep tile.
- Tap the gear in the top right.
- Find the option to turn on sleep insights.

Hi
I have sleep insights turned on and I have never received a sleep insight since the feature was introduced. I have a charge 3 and Samsung galaxy phone and tablet.
Also when is the sleep score feature that was tested going to be introduced?

Hello @Cavachonpip let me give you a hand with your concern. I'm happy to see you again participating in our forums, welcome back! My apologies for the delayed reply.
Seems odd that you haven't received any Sleep insight. First, I would like to know if your Fitbit app, mobile device and your Fitbit device are up to date? Also, can you please let me know when did you noticed this behavior? As per the post above, the more sleep you log, the more insights you’ll receive, but you may not receive a new insight each day. Therefore, please confirm if you're receiving Sleep Stages normally?

Yes all is up to date. I have sleep stages ok. I have never received sleep
insights. They didn't stop, I have never received any despite having them
turned on. However I now have the newest update with sleep score which has
lifestyle insights and I am getting those. Presume these may include sleep
insights? So i think the sleep score update may have finally resolved
this. Its a great update.

Hello! I recently got a Fitbit Versa 2 and am trying out Fitbit premium. After I signed up for premium, I didn’t notice any differences within the app besides guided workouts. I cannot see sleep insights or anything including sleep score, REM, etc. I have sleep insights turned on and do not know what I’m doing wrong or why I can’t see that. Really hoping something is messed up and can be fixed because as of right now I don’t see a difference between the basic Fitbit and the premium. Thanks!

I have on the sleep insights but I only get how much I have slept , my earlier logs used to tell my sleep pattern as well in terms of time to sleep , restless , awake etc
it’s not working on my inspire device
