Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Natashao. It's great to have you here. I just edited one of my sleep records on my account and it seems to be working fine. I would recommend logging out from the app, rebooting your phone and logging back in. If this doesn't work, please be so kind to provide me with a screen shot of the message you are getting when trying to edit your sleep log to further investigation.
