Sleep log

I have not slept today but my app is showing that I met my sleep goal for the 11/14/16. How can I correct this?

@Ereid Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I recommend deleting the incorrect sleep log on the Fitbit app. That will erase it and the goal should be deleted. To do this, please follow the next steps:

 

  • Open the Fitbit app.
  • Tap the sleep tile. 
  • Search for the incorrect sleep log.
  • Tap and hold it to get the delete option.
  • Delete the sleep log.

That should fix this problem.

 

Also, perform a restart on your Charge HR to prevent this from happening again. Also, check the sleep settings and change them if needed.
