If your Charge 2 is already paired to your account, you can sync using the Fitbit app. Check our compatibility list to verify if your Android device supports it. In case your phone is compatible and you're setting up your tracker for the first time, download the app and follow these steps:
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the menu icon (represented by 3 lines), then tap on "Devices"
- On the next screen tap on the plus (+) sign on the top right corner of the screen and then tap on "Set Up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
