Sleep meditations begin playing again if I receive a call

I listen to the sleep meditations at night, but have found that if my phone make a noise (alarm, call, notification,  etc) before I exit out of the session, the meditation will begin playing again. This is incredibly annoying when my alarm goes off in the am and I'm trying to hit snooze. Is there anyway to turn this feature off? It doesn't happen with any other app I use similarly

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced.

 

Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.50 iOS and 3.50.1 Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".

 

In addition, you can try the following:

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Reboot your phone

- Log back into the Fitbit app
