Unable to change clock faces or install apps.

Unable to change clock face or install app through Fitbit app from my android phone. I am using Pixel 5 with Android 12. Whenever I go to Fitbit app to change clock face it shows same error "No internet connection" 

 

The support team was supposed to email me but still nothing from them.
