How are you monitoring him? Has he been syncing the data in the morning? How is he syning - which Android system and phone? Has he restarted his device lately? Often that helps.

My husband has dementia so I do all the syncing for him on my galaxy s5. I recently re installed the app as all of a sudden his fitbit wouldn't sync at all.Sent from my Samsung GALAXY S5
