Fitbit app not working

Since yesterday i've been logged out from the app. It said it was due to maintenance, and after a few hours i was able to log on again. But then a lot of my history data was removed, My friends were removed. It had a lot of problems with the sync and now i've been logged out again.... I have a fitbit charge 3. My friend has a charge 2 and has not problems. Anyone else experience the same?

Hello @CarolineH91 and welcome to the forums.  Issues like the ones you are describing sound like app (phone) issues.  What model phone are you using?  I think that is the first step to help you.
