Sleep not logging - Not getting a sleep score

I've recently replaced my ionic with a sense.  I've regularly had problems with my sleep not being logged or scored.  I've also now started using the "begin sleep now" to see if that helps - which does not provide a score.  How do I get these fitbits to do what they are supposed to do?

@gcallan This is the forum for the Fitbit web dashboard, which I do not believe will dispplay your sleep score. This can only be seen in the mobile app and on your Fitbit tracker. I suggest posting in the Android or iOS app forums.

Do you see your sleep being tracked in the app, and just not a score?

Maybe start by resetting your tracker device.
