Crashing on Huawei Mate 30 Pro

The Fitbit app on my phone will crash after a day or just 2 minutes after I finished my installations. I already allow any permissions that the app requires, but it still crashing, even after a reinstall.

Here is my device info:

App: 3.58(From Google Play store)

Device Model: LIO-AN00

OS: Harmony OS 2.0.0

Please try the following:

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Reboot your phone

- Log back into the Fitbit app

At the moment, Android and iOS are the only official operating systems that Fitbit supports.

Hi @EdsonFitbit , I think I found out why my app crashed.

I saw my phone’s application store is updating my Fitbit app before the a new crash. I suspected that the application store, which it’s still set to connect to Huawei servers in Mainland China, mass up Fitbit’s data and cause crash.

I disable the auto update function from my phone’s application store, and wait for more days to see if the problem solved. Can you asked if other Huawei users experience similar questions? It might be a possible solution for them.

At the moment, I haven't seen any other user reporting a similar situation.
