My sleep stopped working 4 days ago. I have been manually adding begin and end but it is not registering anything. I've made no changes in sleep habits.i tried restarting phone and watch. Android phone Samsung phone.
PS I hate the new sleep format, but it's better than NO format which is what I have now

If you're not getting any sleep data, it makes me wonder if there's an issue with your heart rate sensor. Are you having any issues with seeing your heart rate data in the Fitbit app?
Do you see a green light on the back of your Fitbit? You can check by placing your finger across the back of the device. You should see a green light when lift your finger. The green light is your heart rate sensor.
Which Fitbit device are you using?

Thanks it is an Inspire3 I think. I turned it and my phone off and reset. I cleaned the underneath really well. It suddenly started working again! Thanks for your response!
