I just upgraded alittle from a versa to a versa 2. But my issue is that the sleep score shows on my phone, but takes a long time to show on my versa 2 no matter how much I sync from my phone. Its like hours before it shows. Any idea why?

When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Versa 2 and try the following steps:
