The app does not show a sleep section. Is there a way to enable it?

@SunsetRunner , I have a Garmin as well but found their website/ app an absolute nightmare. That’s why I switched to Fitbit.
If you post in the Community again it would be very helpful for you to add that you don’t have a band! Obviously the answers will be very different! You would not have had to add the sleep tile if you had set up a Fitbit - it would already have been there. That is why I recommended re-downloading the app.

Hi, @SunsetRunner , on the opening screen of your app click on “edit” top right. Scroll down to find the sleep app and click “add” Then “Done” top right.
On the edit screen you can also remove any tiles you don’t use and drag and drop tiles to change the order.
I hope this helps. Welcome to the forums!

Thanks for your quick response.
I can see this is how is should be be added. However the only removed tile seems to be Female Health. Still no sleep. Any other ideas?

Ah, so when you press the edit screen the sleep tile isn’t there at all?
In that case I would recommend deleting the app and re-downloading it. You won’t lose any data by doing this, but do make sure you know the email address you used to create your account originally.
Hopefully that will solve it.

It led me to the answer. The sleep tile is added from the Discover tab. However I don't think it can be added unless you have one of a set of specific Fitbit bands. I'm syncing the data from elsewhere so unfortunately I don't think it'll be possible for me.
Thanks for your help

Thanks for sharing that info. Which Fitbit do you have? All the recent ones should track sleep.
If you don’t have a Fitbit at all, it makes sense that you cannot add the sleep tile, although you can use the app for steps, weight, calories, etc. Things not specific to Fitbit bands.

I don't have a band. I'm new to fitness tracking but ultimately would like a Garmin Forerunner for the advanced running data. However each of the different apps has something different to offer and different friends use different ones so I was really hoping to sync data between apps to get the best of all worlds. I'll have to make do with what I have for now.
