If you just did the breathing relaxation app, it refers to that, I guess meaning your breaths didn't align with what it told you to do.  I always get that.

I followed the dotted circles while breathing and seen stars at the end. So why did is show alignment low?

That happens to me too.  My advice is ignore what it tells you for results and just go by if it helps you relax.

I do breathing exercises a lot and my exhale is much longer than this allows for, which I’m told that a long exhale is good and healthy, so, trying to follow this breathing pattern exactly actually seems counterproductive to me. So, I’d say as long as you are inhaling and exhaling with deep belly breaths, it doesn’t matter what the result is on the Fitbit

I have found if I do get high alignment that my HR increases! When I get low alignment, no doubt due to longer breaths I take, my HR goes down.

The length is too short to reduce my heart rate.
