Sleep fitbit blaze doesn't function it doesn't keep record of sleep times

That sounds rather bothersome, let me help you out.

 

Could you share some screen shots of what you are seeing on your app regarding your sleep? 

 

In the meantime I'd recommend that you try to log out of the app and then force close it. Following that, open the app again and log back in. That should definitely help out.
