Sleep tile shows no measurements

The sleep tile on my Android app has an extra blank panel that says no measurements - how do I get rid of it?. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have also done a set of steps recommended in posts about the heart rate tile having a similar problem. That involved rebooting my phone among other things. I have a Flex. App is up to date and pebble was restarted multiple times in a recent battle to sort out syncing problems.

I have the same problem. I see that no one has answered you regarding this problem.

Hi Diwi yep, no reply. I suspect the app has got confused. I think that if you have a newer fitbit, that bit where it says no measurements would have a bunch of data that you don't get from a Flex. So it's a question of making the app understand that. I will continue to fiddle around and let you know if I figure anything out.

Thank you! I have an Inspire and I didn't think it was old enough to have issues. I will also try and remove/reinstall the app and see if that works.  Thanks again and thanks for your tenacity! 😊
