I have the fitbit charge 2 and for the past 2 night's it will record movement from 21:00 until just after midnight, but won't track my sleep through the night? How do I change this?

Welcome to the Forums @JeffH64.

Let me help you figure out what is going on.

There are some possibilities as to what is going on:

  • You are actually moving around during your sleep. This could be because it is very hot or cold, or because you are not comfortable.
  • There is an open window, or a fan nearby, and the drafts hitting the Fitbit cause it to think that you are awake.
  • Your HR is very high at those times, or maybe it is not being tracked accurately, and thus the Fitbit thinks you are awake. If that is the case please try to follow the tips mentioned in this help article.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
