@Conorw Nice to see you again here at the forums. I will gladly sync your Fitbit device and check what's up with sleep tracking.
Which Fitbit device do you have? What exactly is not accurate about the sleep tracking? Start time? Or the sleep log duration does not match your actual sleep?
I suggest you restart your Fitbit device according to the instructions in the following article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
