Sleep tracking inaccurate...problems syncing phone app to fitbit

@Conorw Nice to see you again here at the forums. I will gladly sync your Fitbit device and check what's up with sleep tracking. 

 

Which Fitbit device do you have? What exactly is not accurate about the sleep tracking? Start time? Or the sleep log duration does not match your actual sleep?

 

I suggest you restart your Fitbit device according to the instructions in the following article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

Regarding syncing, I recommend you try out the tips outlines in the following help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I have a versa lite. The sleep log doesn't match my actual sleep time. It
tracks my sleep as if I went to sleep later than I actually did.

@Conorw Thanks for getting back to me. Did you try restarting your Versa Lite? How did it go last night? Incorrect log again? Please check if any steps are being recorded while you are already in bed.

I just restarted and synced my phone now

@Conorw Thanks for the prompt reply. Very good. Let's see how this night goes. If it is incorrect, please check if any steps are recorded while you are already in bed. If steps are being recorded, sleep tracking does not start.
