Versa 2

I've setup Versa 2. Seems to work but having trouble with clock faces. I don't seem able to assign a new clock face and see it appear on my Versa 2. I've read the instructions and the app won't let me select it. It just does that circley thing for ever

Hi @SpinyNorman - Have you tried restarting both your watch and phone and ensuring that the watch is syncing.

@SpinyNorman  - if you have more than 1 clock face already loaded on the watch, try using the clocks app on the watch to change to a different one, and if that works, try loading the new clock face from the Fitbit App

 

You may have to clear the cache and force stop the Fitbit app to clear the existing operation.
