My fitbit has updated but the sleep tracker has gone - this is supposed to be part of the charge?

I'm having the same trouble. It's completely gone from the android app but it is still there and working on fitbit.com. it's gone from the setup tool online too.

Hello @Linda1471 and welcome to our community @HobieHiker. Perhapt the tile on your app is hidden? To verify this you can scroll down at the bottom of your stat tiles and should be a grey option "Show Hidden" press there and your sleep should appear on your mobile Dashboard.

If you're still having trouble, set up your tracker as a new device by following the instructions at How do I set up my tracker? Note that when setting up your tracker as a new device, if you have not synced in over 24 hours, your activity data for previous days will be lost and only today's data will remain.

Hope this helps and keep me posted how it goes.

Roberto,
Thank you for your feedback. Unpairing my fitbit Charge HR and repairing it solved several issues. The sleep and heart rate tiles are back on my android app and the charge level of my fitbit is now accurate.

For others, what I did was go to "Devices", chose my fitbit, hit the little trash can icon in the top right corner, then chose "unpair" from the pop up window that appears.

I then hit the "+" to add a new device. Hold down the button on your fitbit while it searches. It then seem to install an update. This seems to be to the fitbit and not an app update.

Afterwards, all seems to work well.

Regards,
