I am experiencing the same problem when I try to sync my fitbit HR with my andrioid phone. Fails to sync after I enter the 4 digit code(says in 'connecting' state forever). I bought the fitbit device in the U.S, but using it in India.

Welcome to the Community @Periasamy. I would like to know if you keep having problems connecting your tracker with your Android device? If you do, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot, also could you please specify what are you trying to do, is your tracker paired or are you just syncing it?
