Grey photos during adventures

I can't view the photos after passing them in the Yosemite adventures/trails. When I press one they are just grey and nothing happens even if I wait for minutes. Any ideas on how to fix it? Using an LG G3 with android m.

Welcome to the Community @SunsetRunner. It's weird to hear that you are seeing grey pictures. Could you please provide me with a screenshot of the image  you are seeing?

Thanks for the information @SunsetRunner and the screenshot. Have you check that your app is updated? If you haven't, I recommend checking that your app is updated by following the instructions provided in the How do I update my Android Fitbit app? post.

Yes it was updated and I just tried deleting the app data and reinstalling it, and I can see images in the Pohono Trail after waiting some seconds, but the Valley loop ones are still grey
