Charge 2 not syncing to Fitbit App

The syncing on this is awful!  It seems to sync to the app on my phone only when I am home on wifi.  I don't understand why - I have bluetooth turned on.  This is very frustrating - I have had more problems with this Charge 2 than with my old Charge. 

 

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the Charge 2, restarted my phone, turned bluetooth on and off. 


Any other suggestions?

@caseygina Thank you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own. I recommend checking out these troubleshooting tips and giving them a try. 

 

In addition, if you're running the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system you will need to turn on your location services in order to complete a sync with the Fitbit app. Check out my post here for more detail. Hope this helps get you back to syncing.
