Slow down notification frequency

If I have a message chat going on and if someone sends 50 messages, all 50 of those messages will cause a notification alarm on the fitbit. Having it this frequent in a short but rapid succession is battery draining and not very effective (I already know there's a message from the first notification). Is there a way to slow down the notification frequency for the fitbit? Like 1 alarm per 30 seconds?

Welcome to the forums @kiodch

Sorry, we can't change the length of time between notifications.

Hey, @kiodch@Odyssey13! It is nice to see you around. In this case, as our friend, @Odyssey13, said there is no way to change this setting at the moment. I totally agree with you, this would be so much better than having that much notifications in a short period of time.

I invite you to share your idea on our Feature Suggestions board and then share the link here so we can vote for it! Robot winkHeart

That is the reason I turned off notifications, @kiodch. I already get bugged by my phone that there are notifications coming in, so I don't need my tracker bugging me as well.

Thanks guys!

I've submitted this as an idea:

Should be a pretty easy thing to implement on the iOS/Android SDKs. Hope one of the devs can tackle this.
