Snyc and notification

My Fitbit Blaze not sync with my Android mobile phone all time (only sync time to time when open Fitbit application). And the call or text message notification that I set are not show up on my Fitbit Blaze.

@NatSiam, do you mean that it syncs with your phone when you open the app, but it does not sync at other times?  Or, do you mean it only sometimes syncs with the app, but not always?  What phone do you have, adn what version of operating system on your phone?

Yes, it syncs with my phone only when I open the app and it does not sync
at other times.
I'm using Samsung Note#3 with Android version 5.0.

That is the way it should work, @NatSiam, unless you have All-Day Sync and Always Connected enabled.   If you change those settings in the app, be sure to sync the tracker afterwards to download the configuration to the tracker.

Hi...

I did enable All-Day Sync and Always Connected since day one but the syncs
still only when I open the app. Up until now, I'm still not able get any
notification on my Fitbit Blaze.

Should I reset and redo sync process a beginning step with pass code again?
