I don't know if its my phone (motog6) but everyday I have to delete and unpair my fiFitb 3, why!!!!

It might not be fully supported. The list of supported phones at www.fitbit.com/devices only has the 2013 and 2014 models. Not sure what generations they are but I have the G4 Play and it works fine.
I'd be wary of unpairing your fitbit from the app though as this can lead to loss of unsynced data. If problems continue it might be worth trying a restart first as this is safer:
