Software update and sync

My FitBit Charge HR has not synced to my phone since Wednesday night. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, full charging phone and fitbit. Update doesn't find my fitbit. Bluetooth and gps are both on.

Hello @SunsetRunner welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here.  Is your tracker on the lastest version V18.122? If it is, have you tried the process on the help article: I can't sync my tracker?
