Don't show up when I select them. I'll get a blank page with a light grey bar on just the info treasures, with random blank screen smashing I can get the question ones, but the water logging one doesn't register at all. Using on an S10.

Fixing this would be awesome, and clearing the Today screen from past challenges and adventures, because it's getting irritating having that long list there every single day.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, the details that were shared in your post are appreciated. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

This has happened to me multiple times a day DAILY since I got my fitbit/app on 1/3/2020. It's a brand new phone and has all updates but it still does it. It will also show me that I have ones that are now expired that it never gave me a chance to know they were there.
