I am adding food, water and weight changes in the app, yet my numbers are not updating on my home page. My profile picture is uploaded, but not visible next to my name in my friend feed. Also, my total step count does not update in my friend feed when I sync. I have a Samsung S10, have the most current version of the app and a Charge 2. This has been frustrating me for a couple of weeks now. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post, totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
