My SpO2 has been not working for about 2 weeks on my Sense. I've rebooted the app, turned my Sense off. This has happened before but not for this long. Anyone have a suggestion? The Fitbit folks?

Hello @JLSpecking
Have you recently changed your clock face? The SpO2 clock face needs to be used to view the information. Hopefully in the future you can still get the information while using a different clock face but currently that’s not available.
😃 Please let me know if this provided you with an answer to your question

Hello again @JLSpecking
Earlier in your first post you said that you turned your Sense off. Do you mean you restarted your Fitbit Sense? If you haven’t tried restarting your Fitbit Sense I’d give that a try. Restarting your Fitbit will not cause you to lose any data. Look here to see how it’s done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm

That’s an interesting thought @JLSpecking.…..🤷:female_sign: Maybe it’s just due for a good cleaning.: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2005.htm Also check out: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Sense/How-do-I-clean-the-back-of-my-Sense/td-p/4968148

I had you on my mind while I was doing treadmill HIITs @JLSpecking and I thought it might work to try and change your clock face (I understand you already have the SP02 clock face currently) but change it (maybe pick your original clock face you had when you got Fitbit) then sync your Fitbit Sense the change it back to the SP02 clock face, then sync again. I’m not making any promises but I think it’s worth a shot.

I started having this problem this week on my fitbit Sense. I've restarted and repaired the Fitbit Sense to my phone multiple times, the Fitbit app on my phone is updated, all permissions enabled for the watch face. I see the spo2 data in the restoration area under my sleep data every day but it doesn't show the spo2 percentage on the watch face. It's actually annoying, it will show if I power cycle the watch in the morning or after multiple manual syncing but if I don't turn the watch off and back on the spo2 just displays a - - for the percentage the entire day. Anyone else having this problem with the Fitbit Sense?
