Hi, @Harikonni, Welcome to the community. The fact that you have just started using a new "Sense 2" may have interrupted the data you need. You may find this article of interest How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device? - Fitbit Help Center: You will note that you must get at least 3 hours of quality sleep. Data is only collected when you’re still. If you move a lot during your sleep or the sleep session is too short, you might not get SpO2 data. May I suggest you explore the article (and the links it contains) and review your situation? Please post here again & let us know how you get on.
Cheers

Thanks for the response @Gr4ndp4 . I would like to share some more details on the same.
1. Regarding the sleep tracking, it seems good and getting quality sleep in all these days.
2. I have used the watch face SpO2 Signature, and I can see the readings on my watch screen
3. When I open the Fitbit app in my mobile and go to the app list, I can see SpO2, ECG etc. But when I check for SpO2 in the watch, Can't find it. All other from the list I can get in watch too like ECG, Exercise, Alexa etc.
It's all happened only after the last update of firmware. As you described in previous reply, I have tried the documents, still result is same.

Hi, @Harikonni , thanks for your feedback. I think your best way forward is to talk to "Customer Support". In your Fitbit app on your phone, touch your icon in the top right corner>Help[>help centre>Contact us>complete the first two steps to use "contact options">which should offer you a phone or chat link.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
