I have a Fitbit Sense for a month and I realized that the SPO2 value does not appear always at the Metrics tile but it is visible everyday in the clock...
In the fitbit app I see "No data" for the last night, when i see the value in my clock face. I tried syncing the Sense several times and all the data (steps, floors, kcal...) everything is updated but the SPO2 is without data... First days, i get the SPO2 with the default clock face (not an SPO2 one) but one day stop syncing that data so i thought the problem was there (i should use a SPO2 face clock in order to sync the SPO2 value to the app) so I tried to put an SPO2 clock face and resync... but nothing... now, i have been about 1 week with a SPO2 face and syncing all the days, and i only have SPO2 values for 5/7 days.
Does anyone know why is this happening?
Fitbit app is updated to the last version, and running in a Galaxy S7 with Android 8 and the last update available.
Thanks in advance!! 😊
