I just upgraded my phone and I cannot figure out how to link my Versa 2 with my Galaxy S21. I tried to go to set up a new device but it says "There is a Fitbit Versa 2 connected to your account already. Are you setting up a new one?" The only option available is "replace your Fitbit Versa 2" The Fitbit isn't new, my phone is.

The problem is that you are trying to go through the setup process again but this isn't necessary. All you need to do on your new phone is to download the app and logon using your existing ID and password. As the Versa 2 is already linked to your account then it should pick it up automatically.
It sounds like you have downloaded the app and sign on ok so are you having any issues syncing? If so, do you still have your old phone? If you do, then "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.
