Hi,
I was wondering how you get this to havework.I the app is telling me I need to up date either the app or watch fully to allow this to happen. When I look at how to do it all the advice tell me to turn all day sync on, obviously this feature doesn't exist anymore. I have checked the app and it's updated fully. As far as I'm aware the watch is also updated but I'm not sure how to check that.
I don't know what the next step is
I have a Huawei p10. I don't think this is the issue as my mother has the same phone and hers work fine.

Hi,
I have seen your response my phone app is updated to the new version however I don't think my watch is updated to the correct version. The version on the screen is 32.33.1.30, I cant find anywhere if this is the correct and most up to date version. When I look at how to update my watch it says the steps for version 38.6.1.1. I cant see that number. When following the instructions on the troubleshooting i cant find the correct steps to follow. I have restarted my device but still nothing has come up.
