Hi, I have an issue with my Fitbit Versa. I can't connect to and use Spotify with my Fitbit Versa. I followed all the procedures and also looked at all the existing FAQs to get a solution, but sadly without prevail. Every time I open the Spotify app on my watch it can't connect to my Spotify. Sometimes it can't connect to my phone through Bluetooth generally. I have no clue what I should do now. Could you kindly help me out?

Hi @ShayBosskey - you will need a Spotify Premium account for it to work, but wait, the watch has music functions so it may not be needed but have never tested this.
Pull down the watch face once and then again and click the music icon, that may enable you to control any music on your phone, or on the watch.
Fitbit discontinued allowing you to load music on your watch, but test if you already loaded the program on your PC, on the off chance it may still work.
