While asleep my Fitbit will average 50 to 100 flights of climbing stairs. Fix it please

Hello @bomber604 and welcome to the Help forums. Your Fitbit counts flights of stairs because it has a relative altimeter in it. It senses a very small change in barometric pressure. You can get false flights from things like gusty breezes and oscillating fans. Does anything similar happen when you are sleeping? Sometimes I get flights when I open the very tight fire doors at work. I'm sure you aren't walking in your sleep, but these are the kinds of things (sudden negative pressure) that trigger false flights.
Generally, there is nothing to fix. You don't get extra calories from them. They are just counted.
