Why does my Start Challenge button disappear?
Most times when I attempt to start a Challenge, the Start button isn't available.
- At the time when the Start Challenge button is not visible, the "Active Challenge Reached Button" is greyd out; I am in less than 10 Active Challenges.
- The Challenge status (Active, Pending Synching, or Ended Challenges.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that the Start Challenges button is not working as the way it was designed. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.

Hello, I followed your instructions and the Start button is available. However, it has come then disappeared, before, therefore I will be cautiously optimistic until I am confident that it remains.
