While on vacation my Versa 2 went completely dead . After charging it up it will not display correct time (off by 2 hours and 23 minutes). Tried off then on with no success and ended up trying the factory reset. Now it just says to download the app which is still on my tablet. Now what?!

I would try to uninstall the app, restart watch and follow the on screen instructions.

Hi @Martha68 - once you have factory reset it is like the watch when you bought, you have to do the whole setup all over again.How do I set up my Fitbit device?
