In the Dashboard, go to Log.
Then Activities; scroll to bottom and you'll see a cycling tile under common activities.
Click it, or type bike.
Then enter your start time & duration, if you don't know distance you can enter an intensity rating.
Click Log.

Hello @Akazsha, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. I agree with @Dragonfruit about manually logging this activity.
Note that your Alta HR will auto-recognized when you are doing outdoor bike. However if you are doing stationary cycling it will read your information normally but it wont be recognized it as an Smartrack activity since the exercise does not have the impact of going forward like a regular bike ride.
To learn more about logging exercise on your app please take a look at this post.
Hope this helps and see you until the next one!
