Need help or maybe a replacement...
I'm want to set my Step Stride to 'Automatic' instead of Manual entering my walk and run strides. Yet, when I go to Activities and Steps, only thing I see is the area to enter steps manually for Walk, and another area to enter manually for Run. The Toggle that should be there at the top to select Automatic is missing. Is there a fix to this, or do I have a lemon?
I've tried the uninstall, reboot phone, and re-downloading, looked for updates, etc... Nothing worked...Toggle still missing.
Is there a repair update to help with this, or do I need to get a replacement. It was a Christmas present this December 2025, so I haven't even had it 6 months. Everyone I know with Fitbit never had any problems like this.....Please advise.
Thanks.

Hi @FountainT I moved your post to the Android app forum, a better fit. Other Android users posted about this and you mentioned Android in your profile. Please send feedback in the Fitbit app. Tap on your profile picture, then Send feedback to help bring attention to this issue.
This is definitely an app issue, not a device issue. Stride length settings are account (personal) settings, independent of the model on your account.

Hello @FountainT
I moved your post from the Get Moving forum to the Inspire 3 product help forum where you're more likely to get help from other Inspire 3 users.
