Step Streak Banner never appears

I have seen on my boyfriend's app that he receives a step streak Banner notification but I have never had one appear. Currently, I am on day 10 of meeting my step goal and still nothing. Do Androids not get a streak Banner? I called customer service and they really had no idea what I was talking about but said to wait a month of meeting my goal and see if it shows up then. Anyone know if that is accurate?

Hello @Kelli25 and welcome to the Community.  I am an iPhone user and received the Step Streak notification in as little as three days after missing a day.  I'm moving your post to the Android forum.  It is a better fit for your question.
