Step streak

My step streak rest to 3 days even though it's been far longer. I can look back for months and see that there are no missed days. As is January 3rd, I'm wondering if this is a bug?

There is a known issue/bug on the Fitbit side that affects step tracking. The team is aware of the issue and has been working to fix the problem. However, I haven't seen a timeline for the fix.

Please submit this bug report using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:

  • Tap on your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Select Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts & submit

Although you may not get a response, the team receives & reviews the submitted reports.

At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting steps that we can recommend since the issue is on the Fitbit side.
