Hi, can anyone help with. I've been using my note 9 to track my steps so far its ben working fine. But since yesterday it stopped tracking my steps. I know my phone is ok because my other tracker( not fitbit) is working fine. Is there anyone who can help? Thanks

Hi @Andrew1986, welcome to the Community Forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Looking forward to your reply.

It started last Thursday and everyday since then. I'm using a galaxy note 9 with the app to count my steps

Your reply is appreciated @Andrew1986.

It seems that the issue began after the latest Fitbit app update for Android phones, can you please let me know if MobileTrack is still paired with your account? This way I'll be able to identify the issue in a better way and share with you information to fix it as soon as possible.

I'll be waiting for your reply.
