Hey, 

I have just purchased a Pixel 8 Pro. This is the first time I use a Pixel and first time I use Fitbit. For the Android app I am not understanding how it can track steps. I have steps showing on the dashboard but it never counts any, it's always on 0. Anyone knows how to fix this? I have looked through the settings and don't manage to get it working.

Hi, @will_iam, welcome to the community, is your PW2 paired with the Pixel 8 Pro and the Fitbit app? you may find this video helpful in demonstrating the process. You should also check that the PW2 is connected to your Pixel 8 Pro by Bluetooth.
