Steps accuracy with Versa 2

My versa 2 the steps are very inaccurate  , anyone else have issues?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. If you feel that your step count is inaccurate, confirm the following are correct in the Fitbit app:

• Your wrist settings (For more information, see Does the wrist I wear my device on affect accuracy?)
• Your height (For more information, see How do I manage my Fitbit profile?)

Since we use height to estimate your walking and running stride lengths, you may want to measure and manually adjust these values if your legs are longer or shorter than average. For more information, see How do I measure and adjust stride length for my Fitbit device?

Sometimes, when you start walking, your steps may not update on your device right away. After about 10-15 continuous steps, you'll notice the steps catch up and start updating in real time with each step you take.

Hi good morning ,Many thanks for getting back to me. I've adjusted my weight and height it was out by a small amount so will see what happens. I've totally lost alexa on my versa 2 , was working now its gone . I've an Amazon account and it's a?? As to what happened. I've changed the watch face could that be it?Regards Rachael Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Thanks for adjusting your personal settings and bringing to my attention the Alexa concern. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if you're using an official Fitbit clock-face on your Versa 2? Also, when you press the single button, does the Alexa feature activate?

Good morning thanks for getting back to me .

I'm using the clock face that is the original one , to be honest I'm so disappointed by the versa it's way out . I've just woken and I had my watch on in bed and already the steps are 514 . How can that be when 8m asleep? Alexa has totally disappeared, I was told I had a pending update which I made and it made no difference. Please can you tell me why I'm having all these problems ? Where is alexa? Is it a faulty watch as I thought it was built into the versa 2 and there is no trace of it , I had it was using it now it's gone and I just want help In how to get it back. 

Every day I'm messaging or emailing and I'm no more forward in fixing this issue .

Hi Ricardo! I have the same problem, my versa 2 even counts steps while I’m sleeping. Today, apart from going out to a park 50 m from home with the dogs, I literally stayed on a couch, and the watch says I walked 1.91 km - 2588 steps. The health app from iphone  Tells me I walked 1.3 km - 1973 steps.

The floor count seems accurate though.

I've had the versa a yr nearly, alexa never worked, step are out too  its good to received emails messages and the fitness app is great tho .

Very disappointed 😞
