Hello there @Lisa247, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! After reading your post your issue sounds familiar, as I have seen this before. Have you reviewed your app if your tracker is still pair to your Fitbit Dashboard?
Usually when the tracker is not longer paired, the stats that you mentioned disappeared from the main Dashboard. So if I'm correct. I would recommend to set up your tracker back to your Dashboard. The following post will tell you the steps to do this in case you need them. Look the instructions for the Android app.
