Steps are synced okay but are incorrect on the step graph

My Charge 5 tracked steps okay and the sync okay. But when I view the steps graph it's not showing all the steps.

Done the standard reset reboot etc still the same, there have been other comments about this , but still no answer

Have you held your finger on each bar to see what it's total is?

Yes when you add them all together in this case they add up to less than 10,000. 

But my step count was +16000
