Ok so now my steps have decreased from yesterday. What's going on.?? No steps are being recorded and if they are they are not correct help.

@Elizabethmiller Thanks for joining us in this thread! I'd like to know if the wrong amount of steps are only on your tracker or when you sync it as well. In the meantime, try restarting your tracker as advised in Peter's post. After this, turn off your phone and turn it back on. Once this has been done, check out if your steps get recorded as they should.

@Elizabethmiller Thanks for providing more details about the issue you experienced with your tracker. The restart is a great workaround that will refresh your tracker internally.
