Tiles not populating

My fitbit app updated itself a couple of days ago on my phone and now when I first sync, I have to open each thing to get it to populate. Like this morning after sync, it said 0 steps till I opened it and actually opened the graph. Then when I went back to the dashboard the steps showed up. Also, I could look back through the previous days. Now only one previous day is the and the others are all zeros. disappointing.

@catnap which version of Android do you have?

I have 5.01 and have found it has a slight delay in showing my stats and until it does, it shows as zero.

Might be a glitch. Think I'll clear my cache on the app and restart the phone.

Let me know what happens to yours and I'm sure a moderator will be checking things out when they see this post.

@catnap I recommend logging out of the app and logging back in. Let me know if that helps out or if you continue to experience the same issue. Thanks in advance, happy Friday!

@ErickFitbit after posting, I cleaned the cache, logged out of my account and restarted the phone. When I got back into my dashboard, it was slow to update and showed all zeroes. Kept the dashboard open and let the phone alone for a bit and when I woke it up, the stats were there. If I close the app, not log out, it is a tad slower when updating. It is mere seconds, but it is much longer than it used to be before the last app update.

@catnap I have today's stats on the dashboard and the past days, too.

Verizon is where I have my service.

Mine always have. It's not my phone service. It was a fitbit update that occurred spontaneously. Now I can only see today and yesterday. Used to see weeks previous.

I waited a bit, redid everything and rechecked. @catnap you're right. I can go back but see only zeroes in the dashboard before yesterday. If I look at one category (steps, distance, etc) then I can scroll and see the older stats, but not the dashboard as a whole.

@Odyssey13 @catnap Next time you're able to recreate this, can you please share a screenshot of what you're seeing, along with the last sync date and time that shows up at the top of the dashboard? That will be helpful in showing it to our Android team. Thanks in advance.
